So excited to share this month's cards for Card Class!! I made the "Oreo" card a few months ago and have been waiting to do it in class! (my 3 yr old LOVES this card...)

Keeping with a "food" theme, I made the S'more card! I have seen these in the SCS gallery many times and thought they were just so cute and say "summer!"

I really can't wait to use the goodies from the new Summer Mini, so the 3rd card uses the kids swimming!! ('course they had to wait an hour before swimming after the "food" cards!!)Thanks as always for looking!

Four Frames Magnet Set

I had a different idea in mind for my April Hostess club meeting but saw this adorable set of magnets made by Carol and thought it would be perfect to show the April Special Stampin' Up! currently has going on!
You can view the special by visiting my website... sarahcoyle.stampinup.net

Spring is Blossoming with Sneak Peek products from the upcoming 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog. You can get these brand-new products in one of two ways:
  • Spend $20* on any Stampin’ Up! products and become eligible to purchase both the Four Frames Set and Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper.

  • Host a workshop of $350+ and get both the stamp set and paper for FREE!
This special ends April 30th!

Thank you Carol for the great idea and I look forward to making these great magnets with my club on Friday!

Bridal Shower punch art

I had a bridal shower this past weekend. I don't actually own any wedding stamps so went through the gallery at SCS and just loved all the cards using the Large Heart Punch to make a tux/dress. I used Shimmery White cardstock for the base and layers and it was just so pretty. I even pulled out my pearls! The stamped words were from a retired set I had kept and fit perfectly!
To give a sense of dimension, I added dimensionals on the two hearts so they didn't get lost in the background. This was a very simple card and I was happy how it turned out!

A Sunny Fun Thank You...

Recently my 3 year old and I went to visit my in-laws in Fl. I wanted to send them a thank you for having us and couldn't wait to pre-order the Sunny Fun stamp set from the upcoming Summer Mini!

I pulled out my pastels and blender pen to color in the cute swimmers! The pattern paper is from the Play Date DSP.

I am glad I added the scallop circle punched yellow to place the words...Looks kinda like a sun shining on the swimmers!!

In order to fit the words, I used my markers so the thanks is underneath the rest!

I know my customers are waiting for the Summer Mini to go active. So many fun sets in there!

April Card Class

I don't know about you, but I am ready to bring some bright, fun colors to my cards! It has been a long winter and look forward to pulling out the spring/summer fun sets!

Here is a peak at 2 of the cards we will be making at Card Class this month.

The first card is a card taking from the Stampin' Success magazine (a great tool for Demonstrators) I wanted to bring out the color of the Thank You strip (poppy parade) so added some butterflies from the butterfly embosslit. Those butterflies really pull the card together!

The second card is cased from Mandypandy Here.

I loved the colors she chose but wanted to use bright colors and knew some of the In Colors would do the trick! I think this is one of my favorite cards ever. It was so simple and I just like the clean look of it!I hope you can join us this month for card class. If you can't make it and love these cards, ask me how you can host a workshop and make them with your friends and family!!

Petal Cone Die

This month for hostess club, I used the Petal Cone Die from the Occasions Mini.I just love how easy each of the Big Shot dies are. You can make an array of projects in no time and with little supplies.

I saw this carrot by Speedystamper and knew I wanted to make them! I also used SAB paper to make the hanging friends cone. I forgot to emboss the hanging friends cone. I wanted to emboss it in the polka dot embossing folder first. Oh well, my customers will be able to if they want!

Thank you to Paula for letting use your die. It is on my list before the Occasions Mini ends!

a Good Egg Easter

I know I will be sad when the stamp set, Good Egg retires. It is my favorite for fun Easter cards!

Here is another card we will be making at card class this week.I wanted to use the paper and ribbon from the SAB mini. I know my customers like it (as it is a popular choice for their FREE Sab orders!)

I saw this Digital card by Suzstamps and wanted to CASE it.

I used some of my favorite items to make this card...my Big Shot, Heat and Stick powder and Dazzling Diamonds and punches!!

I hope you enjoy!

I have spots open for this Friday's Card Class. RSVP to ensure your spot and get your Easter cards made!!

Easter...Bright and Classy

So I am a dork...I had a couple of posts lined up to post over the weekend and apparently did something wrong as they didn't and are not even showing up in my history. Oh well...here we go again.

Here are two cards I made up for my upcoming card class.

I just love the Easter Blossoms stamp set in the Occasions Mini. I love the silhouette of the little girl. So fun!!

When I saw the polka dot paper from the SAB Ice Cream Parlor paper pack, I instantly thought of colorful Easter eggs hidden in the grass.

I made two cards using the same layout but with totally different colors. One is bright and fun and the other is classy.
To break up the brown, I colored in the eggs in the basket with some pastel colors.

I don't know which one I like more...they both are great!!
